Statement

Art Flows!

I am a painter. My work is a collection of impressionism and expression—maybe a hybrid style. I prefer a brush over a knife and enjoy creating fluid pieces. Sometimes the use of acrylics poured onto a canvas can be quick and challenging when producing something that is abstract and difficult to replicate. Some of my favored pieces reflect this style. However, painting loose realism is so satisfying. Color, shapes, texture, and shadows on canvas give me a new definition of productivity, aka, creativity as I have moved away from a career in government to a practice in art.
As an emerging artist, my work is featured on local publications (ex. Inside Sacramento) and gallery events. My artistic journey is just beginning as my pieces reflect how "Art Flows".
